[0.17.9] No vsync: flickering small black triangles (Intel)

When vsync is disabled I'm getting small black flickering triangles running diagonally through the screen from bottom left to top right. Cannot be captured on a screenshot, so I captured these using my phone camera. Here they are close to the player character, they look like three small upside-down black stairs or a part of saw-tooth wave:

Was not happening in 0.16, started in 0.17. I have Intel graphics card.

Thanks for the report.
There are many issues with older Intel iGPUs. Since this one has simple workaround, I decided not to worry about this.
