When adding drain to accumulators via a mod, it is added to the accumulator but does not always drain power. It appears to only drain power when not connected to a network.
A bare-bones mod is attached for reproducing the problem. The only thing it does is give accumulators 5kW drain.
Steps to reproduce, with mod installed:
- Create a simple power network consisting of 1 power pole, 1 accumulator, and 1 solar panel
- Remove the solar panel, leaving a partially (or fully) charged accumulator; note the lack of idle drain
- Remove the power pole; note that power is now draining, as indicated by the hover UI
- Re-add the power pole; note that power has stopped draining

Re: [16.25] [Mods] Accumulator drain does not function correctly
Thanks for the report. Due to how accumulators work in batched form I'm going to say we don't support the drain property on accumulators and that we won't fix this.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
