[0.14.21][Linux] Drawing order of splitter and chemical lab

See screenshot. The splitter and chemical lab are drawn in an odd way. I think it is probably because the splitter sprite is drawn first and then the oil chemical lab, but I'm no game programmer so could be wrong.

If a save is needed I can obey.

Further specs if it helps:

Xubuntu 16.04 64-bit
NVIDIA 367.57 driver with PRIME mode set to NVIDIA GPU
Intel i7 6700HQ / 16GB of RAM (Lenovo P50)
Quadro M1000M 2GB GPU
Sprite resolution 'normal', and video game usage 'medium'.

Hi, in technique and style we render the game this is quite unsolvable problem.
Alternative is this:
