[Bug] Quote notifications can not be dismissed

If a comment of yours was quoted and notifications for this are active (which they seem to be by default), you can not remove said notifications at all, not even disabling them all together works.

Why do you need to remove them? I personally don't notice it unless it's telling me I have a new notification.
