There is no builtin tags that allow to make a table that I'm aware of, butn as darkfrei pointed, you can sort of make tables with the code tags (which allow you to write in a monospaced font)

Please excuse the necro, I did not wish to create a duplicate request.

I was about to create a small table in a post, and found that the expected BB tags were missing. I see now that phpBB doesn't have them natively, but does allow for them to be created as custom tags according to this thread on phpBB forums.

Please may we have these custom tags added? I expect that some posts would benefit greatly when trying to present information that could best be shown as a table. I will use code tags for the time being, even if they don't look so nice.

Formatting tables within code tags is frustratingly awkward and needs constant previews to get acceptable results. I accidentally submitted an incomplete bug report during the process, and it took far longer than it really should have See here
