Could we have some way of voting on specific posts/replies with ones with lots of down votes/dislikes being reviewed by moderators while up voted/liked contributions capable of being filtered to the top.
Basicly can we have some sort of reddit-like system so better posts get more views than worse posts.
Not sure if the right place so will leave a link in suggestions.
Edit: Even if just applied to suggestions. Then good ones can get more attention.
Liking/disliking or up vote/down vote

Don't be stupid. Even if something is the best idea ever it doesn't mean it is the best time to implement something NOW.
Democracy makes here no sense. Software development is about going the technological best way.
Suggestions as I see them currently are
- a good way to discuss and improve new ideas and trends (like those you linked)
- influence the development more or less subtle ways (like ideas how to implement some kind of transport between belts and railway)
- collect ideas around subjects, that will be implemented in near future (like the nuclear power plant)
