[Solved] Question - Images in posts

Post by TheSAguy »

How do you make a large image with scroll bars so it's all view-able in a post?
Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's not possible to do so. It was changed to scale so it fits a while ago instead of always being truncated, see viewtopic.php?f=55&t=20686.
I don't think there is an easy setting/workaround to let the user choose between scaling and adding scrollbars.

EDIT: nope, doesn't work

That's interesting.
factorio rescales it, prosilver adds scrollbars and subsilver2 shows it completely in its actual resolution, requiring me to scroll the whole page.

I'll stick with the factorio skin, the scaling makes it easy to see what the image is about, if I need more detail --> right-click --> open in new tab. Besides, I don't like these bright colors.

As for OP:
You'll have to wait for someone who better knows the technical details behind the forum system.
