Linking Steam Account

Would it be possible to link your steam account to your Forum account and have it show total hours played under your user name?

It would also make adding others a a Steam friend much easier.

As far as I know (do not rely on me!) all Factorio accounts will be merged in the future: You have a factorio.com account, with that you can log into the forums, the mod portal and the main site.
That total play time counter... I haven't seen such things before, I think the Steam API-thingy isn't made for that.
