Attachement for PMs

Hey,

I missing the attachement function for PMs which are rly needed!

Please activate this for PMs so that modified mods can be send to thr original author
so that he can check the changes which where made.

It should be able to add a ZIP file with at last 10 MB (if many graphics are included).

Although not what you want, you can also upload to services like Mega/Mediafire or Google Drive/Dropbox to solve this.
