Image (img) resizing options?

It seems like the resizing and other options for the BBCode don't work.
Is it possible to enable those?

Example:

just makes this:

Doesn't work?
Remember that bbcode tags are implemented to varying degrees and that with many variations. None of this represents strict standards.
