The background color of the text are is of such a shade that the mouse cursor nearly disappears into the background on firefox. This is very annoying when going to edit a previous paragraph.

when the input box is not selected/focused then it's not so bad. but once you click in it then it's very hard to find again.

Yep, that's like the light gray text on white background as personal messages have but a bit darker.
