Attachment limit is actually 30 MB
On the forums attachment screen, it says the attachment limit is 1GB. But the "how to report a bug" post viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3638 suggests it is 30 MB.
It's also confusing because there is no error message for a large attachment, it just simply doesn't appear.
