Not receiving email notifications

I have verified that my email is correct.
I have verified that the post I am interested in is on my watch list.
I have verified that everything is checked on the notification settings dialog.
I check my email online to verify that emails from this forum are Not marked as spam.
I don't recall ever receiving any email notifications from this forum.
I am receiving email notifications from the Factorio Mod Portal without any issues.
I don't know what else to check.

Edit: Just received a notification for something I posted today. Don't know why it just started to work for me.
