Generally, posts from confirmed users are deleted when off topic, containing personal attacks or are nonsense or trash. Overall those cases are relatively rare, so if your posts get deleted noticeable often you should keep those reasons in mind when posting in the future.

This has nothing to do with communism. Our duty as moderators includes keeping this forum a place where people can share their ideas, discuss their opinions, and exchange with the devs in the best conditions possible.
This excludes de facto a forum with spammers/bots, trolls, flame warmongers, and other unfriendly behaviours.

The freedom of speech is quite high, and brutal moderation very infrequent, especially when correlated to the amount of posts.
