Off Topic + This Forum --> General Discussion
The "Off Topic" and "This Forum" forums are rarely used - do they really merit being top-level forums, or would they be better relocated to sub-forums of General Discussion forum?
Better forum search for modders: Enclose your search term in quotes, eg. "font_color" or "custom-input" - it prevents the forum search from splitting on hypens and underscores, resulting in much more accurate results.

"General Discussion" means "General Discussion About Factorio".
The other forums are where threads that don't meet the "General Discussion About Factorio" label are dumped.

The description of "General Discussion" forum shown on main forum index is "Post all other topics which do not belong to any other category." so, IMO that still fits moving the other forums in to it.
