Oh so that is your time for revenge on root
Now you can bind him with green wires and "stink" him to the ground of a far away lake with pockets full of stone while giving him a granade where the trigger is pulled out...

Something tells me that if you lunatics manage to 'win' the game, you should do another where you guys CAN watch the previous video, but maybe ONLY the previous video, just to keep it a little interesting.

@root:
- instead of letting the robots repair your foresting damages, why don't you just let them grab the wood themselves?
- is there anything bad if a blueprint-ghost still exists? It must not be deleted, it can stay until its life is over or it serves its purpose
- watching you how cautious you fight incoming enemys, i don't want to imaging how your house looks like after you chased flys

Thanks for the comment. We are getting to a point where we are only running on solar now.pyrolytic_tungsten wrote:I know it's an old issue but can someone tell me why a complete switch was made from coal to solid fuel. With the amount of coal in the base there's no reason coal couldn't completely support steam generators for many hours. For the amounts of oil on the map I would have just made more tanks to store heavy and light oil instead of turning it into solid fuel. Once blue science is up one of the first things I research is advanced oil processing so I can get my light/heavy oil cracked to petroleum gas. I'm also the type of player that sets up all but the largest of oil fields in one go since if you have sufficient resources it will take less time to set stuff up in one go rather than spread it out over a number of trips..
The only map I used solid fuel in my boilers with coal backup is when my starting oil field looked like this:

@infectum:
- you really can make out of a one minute job (setting up ONE SP4-assembler with one input chest and one provider chest) a interesting half episode
- the slowing down is probably because of the animation of the accumulators
- after using a lot of capsules you even just picked up one of two artifacts. a pretty expensive way of gaining them
- the following robots have a maximum lifetime. if it expands they explode.
- Fisko?

Good thing there is a backup.
I love how you stay pretty calm even though half of the factory was "accidentally" deconstructed.

Yeah, That's pretty much my personality, I'm (usually) like that in real life, too . It takes a lot for me to get frustrated to the point where I freak out, but this got me fairly close, haha.

-root it isn't you. Those module recipes are non-standard. I run 0.10.9 and my module recipes match those on the wiki. There has been some episodes where The Hydra Dilemma was loaded with mods enabled. I wonder if they could have caused lasting recipe changes.
Re: The Hydra Dilemma - A Coop Factorio Playthrough!
i realized i wasn't crazy when i found out that dytech alters the recipes for modules. one of the coming players will reset things back to vanilla.
