I have recently started up a YouTube series where I go over the fine details/mechanics of some things in Factorio that many people probably aren't fully aware of. Hence the name Little Known Facts.
This would cover things like Pollution and how it really works, the Biter Evolution Factor, Belt Throughput, etc.
The videos will be split into kind of two "parts", with the first few minutes going over the subject in a very broad/general overview for people who just want basics on how the particular mechanic works, and then from that point the video will proceed and go over the in-depth details and facts about the subject for people who are interested in how it really works.
I plan to release a video every 1-2 weeks for as long as I have ideas and access to information for the topic. So I'm always open to suggestions from the community in terms of what things I should go over.
The first video in the series goes over Pollution. Covering how it actually spreads from chunk to chunk, how it affects Biter Evolution and attacks, and more. The second video will most likely be about the Biter Evolution itself and what all contributes to it and how each thing does.
