new UK player wanting to play multiplayer

i have just started playing Factorio and have around 10 hours under my belt so far. on top of this i have been watching the beginners guide videos on youtube.
this game looks like it would be great it you had a good partner to play it with so this is me asking if there is a good partner that wants to join me.
ideally someone who is relatively new so we can pick it all up together.
i am playing the game vanilla also so no mods
realistically i am looking to be in game around 3 times a week or there about's.

deckador how many hours have you put in game?
i am only at 11 hours and am yet to move past green research. still yet to touch the campaign mode as been playing around in free play.
how many people can we get in game at any one time?
