Factorio multiplayer server freezes every 20 minutes

So ya, I'm having my server freeze on us 3 players every 20 minutes, we are able to save and reload, but what's the issue?

We are all on 12.1

does it coincide with autosaves? or rather, it is exactly 20min between your freezes, does the game crash or is it "just really bad lagg" for a short duration.

We discovered that loading new chunks causes this issue.

Interesting, does this happen with all of you conencted or only some of you? (I'm trying to figure out if this is related to one of you having a losuy upload/dl speed and or crappy hardware)
The "speed/playability" of the game is determined by the least powerful players setup, be it upload speed and or actual hardware/load on each respective client.

We started using evolve and all our problems went away.
