In order to be able to PM, you need to have at least two posts on the forum, so just make two posts at the bottom of this thread. I dunno, talk about how awesome flsw.io is, and the excitement of our upcoming 6th rocket launch!

Yeah it was a load of fun. I killed a squillion biters and put a bunch of victory poles up, oh yeah and I started a rail expansion to a new iron patch. Second post didn't seem to do it, maybe third time's the charm

Now when I try to connect it just goes into a desync loop. Reverend said I should change my multiplayer name but that didn't help (and for some reason when I try to reply to his PM, it says the user doesn't exist???)

ok, I managed to trigger a desync while online, the trouble is desync reports are basically just savegames, and the differences are all binary

I used a binary diff tool but enough time passes that the level info is pretty much useless, I did notice that the script.dat files were quite different though.

So until further notice, I'm blaming the mods!

I'll be disabling smart trains and YARM, but leave rail tanker (and RSO but that doesn't have any active scripts anyway), if the desync issues persist it may mean that I shot up all those empty oil barrels for nothing...

another possibility is that the map is too darn big and we're triggering a more sinister vanilla bug, but I'm hoping that's not the case...

I disabled those mods and retried, same thing... Instant desync :(

Change your name back like it was. I did and mine's been fine. Although I dont think that should matter, but its worth a shot.

desyncs continuiing, rail tanker has now been disabled as well, only RSO is running...

What happened? When badgamernl reconnected, it started a desync loop. Now I can't connect at all?
