I have a dedicated server running on my internal (home) network and I can connect to it from other machines on the network. Then to let friends connect from outside, I forwarded the port on my firewall to the dedicated server. However, because Factorio is peer-to-peer they need to be able to talk to my internal client as well as the server. Currently, when I (on a machine inside the network) connect to the server and someone from outside is logged in, it fails to connect and boots us both. I've had multiple people outside the network both connect without issue.
Is there something else I can do with my firewall/NAT config to make this work?
Thanks.

Re: Help with Dedicated Server for Internal/External Players
was a while since I messed around with it, but try one or both of these options:
- viewtopic.php?f=11&t=13634
- ensure the command --peer-to-peer is not sent to the server
