What is the difference between "long" versus "far" inserters? I can built a "fast long handed inserter" or a "fast far handed inserter" ... both seem to have the same reach, consume the same power and seem to have the same speed, so what's the difference?
Thanks in advance for answering my question. Its probably something really stupidly simple I'm missing.
Confused on "long" vs. "far" inserters

Re: Confused on "long" vs. "far" inserters
Far inserters are, long inserters which put their item on the closest side of the far belt to the inserter, Near inserters put their item on the closest side of the belt next to it. Default inserter behavior for "long" and normal is to put the item on the side of the belt farthest from the inserter. Hope that helps somewhat.
