Nuclear Power - Possible error in Centrifuge numbers

First time posting here, but also just gone through my first time setting up Nuclear Power (build first, read Wiki second ). The following text seems incorrect to me, but it could just be me reading completely incorrectly and not understanding how it all works, so I won't be offended by being told I'm wrong (on this )

One un-moduled Centrifuge enriching uranium is sufficient to supply 33.33 reactors with fuel, assuming plenty of U-238. One Centrifuge with two Productivity modules is enough to supply 25.2 reactors, one Centrifuge with two Productivity modules 3 is enough to supply 28 reactors.

It is correct that an un-moduled Centrifuge can supply more reactors than one with two Productivity Module 3's?

Yes, productivity modules slow the machine down.
