Visual Smog/ Pollution

Hi, does anyone know a mod that adds visual Smog / Pollution?

I only found one Mod "Smog: Visual Pollution" but this mod only use "sharp edged" radar pollution fields in grey color and it doesn't look good in combination with "Dark Night" mod. At day it`s okay

There is no cheap way to make it soft-edged and fast enough by megabases.
