This is a very general topic, but what is the best way to play?

Is this a serious question? In that case: what are you hoping to hear from us?
This is game is about, besides having fun, setting your own goals. So what do you want to achieve? Maybe we can think about the best way to reach a certain goal.

This game can be quite complex so let me tell you about some ways to play this game.
For me the fun is in continuously learning more and more about the game but it's also in seeing my system doing its thing and constantly tweaking it.
One way to play this game is setting yourself the craziest goal ever and just go for it. Things like "Firing a rocket once a minute (or even faster)" or "Output a certain number of items of type X per minute".
You can also try to fire a rocket ASAP (the There is no spoon... achievement).
You could also be thinking about a new, revolutionary (or less so) idea to setup your base. Some new way to doing things. Just be creative. People have built computers using circuit networks.
Or set yourself restrictions. Like 'no belts'. or 'no bots' or whatever.
There are also loads of mods that completely overhaul the game-play and things you can do/achieve. You should take a look at that.
My advice to you now is to just start building a base and see where it goes. Don't try to do anything special with your base, just learn. Take a deep dive into the forum and the wiki

No starting zone, very big enemy bases, high frequency.

Well at first I just a wanted to build a bigger and bigger factory to grind my cpu. Considering the way the game plays now I'm using said infrastructure to make the fastest high capacity factory using trains direct inserting etc lol it's not the best way to play but I likes it. Shame about the cpu cores thing

If ur using a PC theb keyboard and mouse will be good , If ur using xbox or PSP then joystick , and if ur using Alienware Laptops then Joysticks are way better than keyboard and mouse .
