Best method for buying Factorio?

Factorio.com is the best spot to be sure of your deal. In a previous news, devs said there were quite some fake website and stolen money. Deal directly with them, on their website. Steam is very good as well of course.

valve takes a cut (30%?) when bought on steam. buy direct from the devs.
you still get a steam key.

Steam does take 30%, I bought it from factorio.com for that reason then grabbed my steam key and still use the stand alone version for different sets of mods
