After patch inserts moving real slow?

My inserter's are moving really slow hardly ever pick up anything off belt? latest patch. Yellow belt, yellow inserter/blue inserter

They have power they are moving, just real slow.

Do they have enough power? Inserters running slow is usually a sign of power shortage.
