There are 3 Owner Player, Enemy and Neutral.
Some thinks thay can do a item Kill it/Attack it, minable and Operable.

so for the Player.

Player Item minable; yes
Player Operable; yes

Enemy item Kill it/Attack it; yes
Enemy Item minable; no
Enemy Operable; no

Neutral item Kill it/Attack it; yes
Neutral Item minable; yes
Neutral Operable; yes

so for the Enemy/biters.

So what is the pint of this? it all over game the Neutral Owner Items is some think tack. NPC/AI do attack Neutral items.
The think is what biters vs Neutral items is in this game?
I think "biters vs Neutral items" the Neutral items shud be V low (0.001 if not 0) for "Kill it/Attack it"
