Space Platform Classes

One thing that gives me a lot of joy in Space Age is the Space Platforms.

I was looking at my first one and realized that it suggested a design criteria for a starter platform, since
it's got a countable amount of hull. At the point where this is design criteria it might be a spoiler.

But I think it gives things like "this one is a herd dog and this one is a show dog" and there's some joy to that.

There's also classes and capabilities that are gated by sciences. Like you can have a 'plinker class' running
at blue science that just plinks asteroids with banana ammo and then goes back home, but it isn't a miner.

Right now I'm thinking about small ships between 2000 and 4000 hull. Another question is, what do you all think
the minimum effective hull is at given sciences. That's like a seed class. It seems like an open
and shut thing but I think it might be feasible to start a ship over the 2nd tier planets if they can defend themselves.
