Pipe fuel bug or is it my fault?

This chemical plant should output red liquid, and it does, for ~10 seconds, then the red icons turn light blue, and the pipe has been filled with blue liquid. Anybody got any clue why this happens? Bug, or my mistake? I've highlighted the relevant pipe.

The pipe starts off having some red liquid, then the volume drops down to zero, and climbs up again as blue liquid. As though the engine is pushing out blue liquid towards the chemical plant.

In the new fluid system, there are ways that a second fluid can hide, if you previously made an accidental connection to a different fluid. There have been several threads about this.

To clean it up, click on the pipe, then click on the trash button for the fluid that you don't want to be in the pipe.

This appears to be fixed in the latest experimental update as well for anyone else who has the issue and sees this thread. Will probably be pushed out as stable in a few days (2.0.16)
