While I really appreciate most of the changes made in the recent 0.18 releases, I don't like the new attack sound. So I created a small mod that just overwrites utility-sounds.default.alert_destroyed with another .ogg file the user can freely choose and include in the mod zip. I just used the destroyed sound from my 0.17 installation and considered sharing the mod on the mod portal for other players to easily use and install it from the ingame menu instead of only using it for my personal gameplay because I have seen other players that also like the old sound more. I'm aware the player could also just overwrite it in their data folder but it's less convenient and they need to do it again if another release also overwrites the file again.
I didn't create the pre-0.18.2 attack sound though so I don't want to get into any legal trouble by sharing my mod with the old sound included. Am I allowed to include the default sound from earlier versions to make it easier to switch back or should I just include a public domain sound from elsewhere as dfault? I published my previous mods' source code on GitHub but I would keep this mod only available on the mod portal where only players that already paid for Factorio and already would have access to the sound via their installation could download it. If I'm allowed, do I have any license restrictions or can I just publish it under the public domain license?
Can I use Factorio vanilla sounds in my modification without getting into legal trouble?

From the terms of service, section "THE MOD PORTAL":
* choose whatever license for your MOD
* choose a different license for the sound file you ship with your mod. If you choose like "soundfile (c) Wube, no use and distribution outside factorio" or similar and you can ship the factorio sound with your mod from the mod portal.
