So, while every other aspect of 0.17 comes as as a lovely change/tweak/etc, this one singular thing really irks me to the point of unplayability.
Now while some may think this is a bit shallow, I'm sure I'm not the only one with this opinion.
I attempted to ask if there was any way to change this back to the previous behaviour on Reddit but people weren't very helpful. I've spent far too long avoiding the toolbelt research (Second bar) pre 0.17 for a secondary toolbar due to my neigh 9 years of constant work/playing in Minecraft. This behaviour for me is too far ingrained and really won't change at this point within my life.
While it seems 99% of people are rather fond of this change, It would be nice to allow shift clicking in/out of the bar again either as an option, or more flexibility via modding. It's a real shame that such a change has put me so off of 0.17, but if this may change in future that's really neat and I'll just stick to 0.16 for the time being.
Thanks for taking the time to read this although I doubt it will get anywhere (So long as it's more positive than reddit, that's fine)

I usually just play/work on MC but sometimes dabble in weeks of Factorio in between.

Oh, I'd say that more than 1% of the players have trouble adjusting to the change :

(But it's a work in progress, and hopefully we'll end up with a toolbar that is almost as easy to use, but much more powerful !)
