Problem:
What the size of Science Pack 3 assembling line should be?
What kind and types of assembling line should be used?
Constraints:
-There is no limit in raw material input (Copper Plate, Steel Bar, Iron Plate, Batteries).
-Assembling lines have no delay caused by belts, inserters ect.
-Quite obvious that there have to be at least one kind of each factory and this number is Integer.
-For this post my English started to be an constraint ;p
For optimization I chose time that is needed to produce half products and try to minimize the highest.

As long as You consider this line as closed with only science pack output you should chose size of: 8, 11, 14, 16, 19, 22, 24, 27...
It is because otherwise increased size of factory will produce more halfproducts but science pack output will remain constant.
For my factory I chose size of 16 assemblers witch after little optimization will look as given:
