Doctor who reference?

I just noticed how much the repair packs look like the 11th Doctor's sonic screwdriver. Is that intentional?

I think yes, otherwise it would be one crazy coincidence.

Unfortunately for Who fans, in the latest experimental version it has been changed, likely due to the screwdriver image being a placeholder. We do still have the Iron Man suits and reactor though! It seems likely that we'll lose those around 0.11 though, because the player models are being redone and will actually show worn armour.

For me strangest thing is the sound of repair kit it sounds like a vacuum cleaner! I mean sure why not vacuum your car and it will repair everything, but still sound strange.
