If u contributed on indiegogoe will i need to preorder or do i auto get it

As the indiegogo page said, you have to write an email to them at factorio@factorio.com asking for the alpha download.

Yes i have alpha but do i need to preoder for the full version. when the game comes out

No. As you have contributed to the indiegogo campaign you will get all future updates for free.
