Recover blueprints?

Hello, i have deleted my save this morning... i wanted to restart all fresh. But i forgot to save blueprints i've made... is there any way to recover a deleted save or blueprints? Thanks.

If you did not copy them to global book then not really.
You could try some universal file undelete software but that might not work after some time has passed and disk was used a lot already.
