[1.1.34] Extreme Update time for Electric network

As can be seen in the attached screenshot, my update time for the electric network seems to be unusually high compared to my other playthroughs and even megabases, I have not been able to pinpoint the cause for this so far, thus I'm now seeking help here in figuring out what is causing the issue.

I checked to make sure i only have one network not several as i heard that this would impact performance, this also had no effect.

I then suspected various mods and have tried removing them but non had any impact on this problem, among those are: Electric rails from Bio Industries and Wind Turbines 2.


Are there any additional tools or techniques that could help with pinpointing the cause of this issue?
