Research Que resets on restart

can play for several days all the while researching various technology, navigating down through the tech tree. However, when I restart the game it sets me back to the begging of the tree. I have tried saving the game and it does keep track of all my other changes but the tech tree is started from the beginning.

Am I doing something wrong? It doing this after the latest upgrade, so not sure if it is a bug or if I just have something set up wrong.

You have a lot mods, which can affect this.
You could attach your savegame for someone to look at, and/or try to disable mods and find the culprit

I might be Grey Goo... As a test, I loaded the game, got automation, saved, loaded, saw it was reset, then quit to tinker with my mod list. I removed grey goo, loaded the game, and my research progress was BACK! I had automation again(but not my prior lost techs, probably cause I saved with JUST that one researched). The Save I gave you guys was the original, so I might be able to get my tech back with that! There might be more to this so I'll stay posted, but Grey Goo definitely does SOMETHING.

Looks like they're resetting the entire force for some reason, when from the function name all they wanted to do was reset the map.
