Missing Recipes

Hello Factorio Experts!

I tried mods for the first time yesterday, and I am kinda bummed as I ran into an issue where both construction and logistic bot recipes were missing even though all the necessary research was completed.

I am using:

Long Reach
Afraid of the Dark
ToDo List
Fill4Me
FasterStart
Squeak Through
Where Is My Body
Pyanodons Industry
Miniloader
All of Factorio Extended Plus

I’m far enough along in the game to remove FasterStart.

Any advice on how I can try to get the recipes back?

If you removed a mod that altered the tech tree, the tech-tree won't unalter itself on its own. That's the most usual source of "tech not where it should be". Same thing for mods that alter vanilla recipes.
Re-enabling the aforementioned mods is the easiest way.

You can run /c game.player.force.reset_technology_effects() but it will deactivate achievements.

I found that the construction and logistic bot recipes are unique to Pyanodons mod, and therefore are on the Pyanodon crafting tab.

But since they’re missing the level 1 bots, I can’t craft mk2 or mk3 in Factorio Extended +.

I guess it is what it is?
