Error to register to the server list

headless server V1.0 on linux.I can login to the server directly using IP address and Lan.I cann't find my server on Internet server list.the server log turns out the only error log blow:
Error ServerMultiplayerManager.cpp:706: Matching server connection failed: Error when creating server game: Download failed (status code 400): failed to parse JSON response: Unexpected character (<) at ?:1
