CPU spikes in certain mods

I recently finished the vanilla game and wanted to try out some intermediate type of content changing mods. I decided to give a try to krastorio 2. But as soon as I started playing I noticed the random annoying micro freezes/stutters every 2 to 10 seconds. Since I already had a couple of QoL modes installed, and without krastorio the game runs smoothly, I decided to try another one - Space exploration. The same issue here. Even more annoying freezes. After trying some verson switches and reinstalls/reboots without any result, I just installed this monstrosity which is called Bob/Angel pack to check if it is friendly enough to me and... no performance issues.
The debugging info doesn't show anything useful. In fact, it seems to be also freezing. It seems to me like some mods are calling something heavy from OS, since in about 80% of the cases my CPU load jumps from 15% to ~70% at the time of freeze.
Any idea how to fix that?

Well I somehow managed to get rid of this yesterday by switching to the last beta, reactivating all the mods and rebooting. However today after the PC start the problem appeared again. I repeated reactivation-rebooting and it helped. But after the restart of PC I do not face any issues
Please do not close the topic this week. I will provide the logs when/if I face this again.
