[0.18.24]

I didn't see this posted here, so... any ideas why on 0.18.24 I can't change language to german and every time I go into the game it says it couldn't log in. So I have to go to options/settings log in there, but it still won't log into steam (says it logs through factorio servers). I have to relog even if I just change 1 mod. I tried going back and forth 0.17 0.18, restarting pc, restarting factorio, restarting steam, same thing every single time, mods or no mods. 0.17 works just normal either way.

edit: also I can't join people's games, and they can't join mine. Only on 0.18. So buggy
