Gamecrash [0.18.21] modded

Hello,

I am running a modded version of Factorio. When I tried to lay down the road for the transport drones west of my 4 power stations, it crashes. this happens every time i draw to put a road there

Here is a video showing what happened, except OBS didn't pick up the crash window. Once I lay down that road it crashes. You can see by the blinking of the research being done

This was already reported in 84181 and will be fixed in 0.18.22.
