[0.18.10]I'm getting this error message when I load up the game

I get this message when I play or load up the game, even though the game works fine, it's just very distracting. I'm playing on a windows 10 through steam if that helps.
"The XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The Document tree is shown below

I don't have any mods loaded on the game just the base game from steam itself.
Edit: The message stays on the screen even when I enter into an new world or start the campaign.
