This is more of a FYI than a request for help. Already resolved by creating an exception. This is as of 2020-01-26 1am PT.
Malwarebytes 4.0.4 is triggering a quarantine for factorio.exe 0.18.1 when it restarts itself after confirming mod updates from within the in-game UI. This has happened to me twice now. Malwarebytes gives the following link for the quarantine:
