Need to completely Un-Install - Help PLEASE!

Downloaded a mod that crashes my game, and when I try to uncheck it from the list of mods, upon re-load it crashes and won't let a saved game re-load.

I've looked online for the the supposed Mod folder to delet the mod manually, but it does not exist.
I'm on a MBP 2015...Mojave 10.14.6
I can't find any folder for Factorio.

I tried to remove by trashing the game file from the applications folder, and I emptied the trash. I re-downloaded the 17.79 game and installed....but it still held all previous saves and all mods.

I need to get this fixed...literally can't play the game (not that I'm a good player, but I enjoy it).

Any help appreciated! I'm stumped.
