I played factorio for ages with my pcs current hardware configuration without any issues. Never had this before. The video card works just fine.

Consider updating your drivers if this happens again. Based on what I saw in your log files, it looks like they haven't been updated in about two years.

Thanks for reaching out. It's not a bug in the game, it's technical issue.

As Inglonias said, your graphics driver is old, try to update it.
If newer driver doesn't fix the problem, try to use "Use OpenGL" button on the error dialog.
