Multiplayer-server-connection-issue

Hello everyone.
Me and my Friend got some issue about getting disconnected from our Headless Factorio Server.
The Server is Hosted by ZAP-Hosting is running the latest 0.17.experimental patch and we use a password to ensure our 2-man privacy.

We use following mods:
Merged Chests
Ore Eraser
All up to date.

The Core Problem is if i join our server i get disconnected thanks to losing connection to the server but while i get a connection error message the server tells me "Player X disconnected" like disconnected on my own.
At the same time my friend losses connection too with the same message client and server wise.

We allready tried alot of different things reinstalled the server multiple times and checked the port maping too.
It doesnt seem like others got this issue either so my last resort is posting this stuff here hope somebody can help.

Bumping this topic as the problem still exists.

Additional Information: After we both get kicked from the server we aer unable to reconnect to the server immediately. We need to wait around 10 to 15 mins before the server accepts connections again.

Getting the impression that it may be a hoster problem, but not to sure about it.
