In Version 0.17.16 in became the Error Message "Invalid Value "false" of TextureCompression". The Problem can solved by manually step back on Version 0.17.15 and then going manually on Version 0.17.16. Then some times the Game runs normally, by the next start of the Game the same Problem from start. Error message. The Problem exist on manually Version 0.17.16 an on Version 0.17.xx latest.

Fixed in the next version (68133)
