Couldn't establish network communication with server!

How can i play multiplayer without this alert? I played 20 hours multiplayer in 4 days and today i cant play. I'm using nod32 but it is not the problem. Someguys said it is about ports, i'm not computer engineer, i just want to play multiplayer when i press the join a game in browser.
